TERMS OF DELIVERY

We carry out address delivery within the city of Lviv. Delivery cost - from 250 UAH. Delivery outside the city - at a taxi rate in both directions. Ask us for more detailed information on the cost of delivery to your address.

• delivery is carried out within three hours (provided there is no large number of pre-orders) after receipt of payment for the order or within 2 hours to the desired delivery time.
• delivery for a specific hour - agreed individually.
• delivery during non-working hours (20.00-9.00 hours) - agreed individually.
• when ordering and delivering bouquets in one day - orders are accepted until 17:00.
• Terms and the price of delivery on holidays (March 8, Valentine's Day, New Year, Christmas, Easter), may change, so ask us.
• delivery orders are fulfilled only after receipt of full payment.

Please note that the time from acceptance of the order to its execution is at least 2.5 hours.

If the recipient refuses to receive the bouquet, the order is still considered fulfilled and the money is not refundable.
